Terms of Sales

1. Chanton Reship (“Chanton”) is a platform whereby we allow you (“Customer”) to make purchases (“Goods” “Orders”) within Australia and/or around the world to ship to an address within Australia. Once your goods have been received, we will reship it to your nominated address.

2. The Customer is responsible in making sure the purchased item(s) is correct in all nature.Chanton will not check the accuracy of any orders. If there are any dispute or discrepancy with the Customer’s order, the Customer will need to address this with the seller (“Seller”).

3. The Customer is responsible in making sure their Australia receiving address is entered correctly at the time of sales with their Seller. Chanton is not responsible for tracking, delayed or misdirected orders.

4. The Customer is strongly advised to buy insurance while their goods are in transit. Chanton will not be liable for any damaged carton or damaged goods while in transit.

5. All financial owing to Chanton need to be paid in full and funds cleared in our bank before we can reship any Customer’s order(s) to their nominated address.

6. For any warranty or manufacturer fault or item recall issues relating to the Customer’s order, the Customer will need to contact the Seller directly to arrange sending back their order.
