Deliveries & returns

1. Chanton Reship (“Chanton”) is a platform whereby we allow you (“the Customer”) to make purchases (“Goods” “Orders”) within Australia and/or around the world to ship to an address within Australia. Once your purchases have been received, we will reship the parcel(s) to your nominated address.

2. All fees relating to the Customer’s deliveries from the seller (“Seller”) to Customer’s Australian Reship address (“Your Australian Address”) is paid by the Customer.

3. The Customer is responsible in making sure Your Australian Address is entered correctly at the time of sales with their Seller. Chanton is not responsible for tracking, delayed or misdirected order(s).

4. The Customer is strongly advised to buy insurance while their goods are in transit. Chanton will not be liable for any damaged carton or damaged goods while in transit.

5. For any warranty or manufacturing fault or item recall issues relating to the Customer’s order, the Customer will solely be responsible to contact the Seller directly to arrange sending back their order.
